Double Time

Caitlin and I did a double ski day today in Ketchum, Idaho. Talk about spectacular!

We started our day by skinning up 3,000 feet to the summit of Bald Mountain, the top of Sun Valley Resort. The Sawtooth Mountains are the range in the far background.

After a delicious lunch, we deemed it necessary to entertain our Nordic inklings. While unfortunately darker than planned, here's Caitlin on the move...

Caitrin

The last time I found myself on a pair of Nordic skis was nearly a year ago, when I bonked horribly during the Equinox Ski Challenge. Yet, with each consecutive glide down the trail, I was continuously reminded of why I've come to put this sport on such a high pedestal.

More ski adventures to come soon!
